Latest News: 19th January 2008.
Tom Tapping arrested by the Music Police for uttering daggy songs on a stage.
Countdown Front Man Tom Tapping was being held to ransom for numerous offences relating to the singing of songs below the Music Police Cheeseometer, facing ten years hard labour as a DJ.
The last straw was a complaint from a Mrs Ethyl Smith-Jones of Dalkeith, who was shocked to hear not just Achy Braky Heart, but also the dreaded Some Girls by Racy, and was threatened with a rendition of Shaddup You Face. Mrs Smith-Jones is still recovering at Graylands, but is expected to make a full recovery.
Mr Tapping was ordered by the judge to 300 hours of community service for survivors of Woodstock and Sunbury.
Tapping is no newcomer to trouble, having been a member of the very notorious Rookies, and consorting with known rabble rousers like James Morley and Chris Murphy to name a few.
